How much does it cost? We keep the costs down! You are undoubtedly aware of the high per ticket fees that currently exist in the Internet ticketing market. And most established ticketing vendors won't touch smaller venues, because the profit potential is questionable. We have discovered the best balance between profitability and reasonable prices, while still providing very extensive ticketing services (something the super cheap ticketing services can't do). With AdmiTix, we also cover the credit card processing fee. You are not charged extra for that. Plus ... A merchant account is not required to use this service. |

Fees (per ticket):
* In an effort to avoid hidden charges, our convenience fee includes the credit card merchant fee. Some of our competitors charge this separate from their posted fees (as a hidden charge) in addition to other hidden charges. The convenience fee is charged to your customer, separate from the ticket price.
Fees (other):
Agent Fee: $3.00 per order Postal Mail (from Agent): $2.00 per order
The Agent and Postal Mail fees are charged as a separate fee to your customer and only when tickets are purchased through one of our agents (an agent is typically a location that has been contracted to sell tickets through the AdmiTix system).
Minimum Charge: NO MINIMUM!
Setup: NO CHARGE!
Additional charges: Refer to the Agreement for possible other fees, such as chargebacks. |

What is a convenience fee? This is a small per-ticket price which we charge your customer directly. Ordering on-line is an efficient process that is quick and easy, and will save your customer a lot of time and money. If your customer didn't purchase on-line, then they would either have to wait on the phone to order tickets, or worse, would have to drive to the box office. And, many people feel that Internet shopping is more comfortable due to its convenience. And for those that are still afraid of the Internet, nothing changes, because they can still contact your organization as they always have to order tickets. Also note that the Ticket Centre convenience fee also covers the merchant fee for credit card processing. |
Where's the value in this service? The biggest measurable value is that which is mentioned above, under How much does it cost. In addition to the high level of service, and features such as print-at-home tickets, there are no credit card processing fees! Plus, there are no minimums! We care about and cater to small and non-profit organizations. |
